The U.S. Food & Drug Administration (USFDA) has updated its 2011 Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) with FSMA 204, a regulation that establishes traceability record-keeping requirements for companies that manufacture, process, pack or hold foods identified as having a higher food safety risk.
